The place is lovely. We enjoyed the back porch next to a canal with lots of wild life to watch. Two king beds was a plus, kitchen nicely stocked and furnishings are very comfortable.

Wonderful stay

We love going to HHI and have stayed in Shipyard on multiple occasions. This house was perfect! Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, nice back deck and front porch. It was all very nice and just like the pics. Communication with the rental company was very easy and made the process seamless. They actually called me the first afternoon to say that the owner had noticed the thermostat temp kept rising even though it was set low and that there was an AC repairman on his way. We would definitely stay here again.
