The far end of this room widens to a sunny dining area with a table for 6, large windows with a landscape view, and a French door to the outside deck. Behind this room is a small laundry room with a full size washer & dryer.
Straight through the entry foyer leads to a spacious corner living room with a built-in wet bar, a lovely seating group of a sofa and 3 side chairs, a TV/VCR/DVD, and windows/French doors on 2 sides; 1 with a lagoon view, and 2 opening to the deck, which has a covered dining table.
On the second floor are 2 more bedrooms, each with a private bath. The beautifully furnished primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV armoire, a large window overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and a walk-in closet, and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed as well and a TV/DVD.
