Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and large trunk full of kids beach and pool toys. There is also a large ping pong table! The back of the ground level under the home overlooks the lagoon filled with turtles and visits from other wildlife. There is a gorgeous sparkling private pool that is kept heated year-round. The pool is surrounded by plenty of seating with an outdoor sofa, chairs and a high top dining table. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The large paver patio with sitting wall extends off the back of the pool and features a Weber grill.
First Floor:
Features one master bedroom with a KING Seagrass bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large farm sink, double oven, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room boasts a 4K UHD TV with sound bar and 4k DVD player. The large dining room large table will seat 8. The entire level is an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up to a large screen porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon.
Second Floor:
The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high end plush mattress with luxurious comphy company sheets that you will melt in while watching TV on your large 55″ 4k UHD flat screen tv. There is also a portable crib/playpen with a 3″ mattress in this room. The romantic master bedroom features its own large porch for enjoying morning coffee! The luxurious master bath is spa like with a large rain head shower, a frameless shower door, granite counters and dual vanities. Also on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room with top load washer and dryer.
Third Floor:
The top level features a very large bedroom with 2 queen beds, flat screen tv, and a secondary nook that kids and teens alike will love. Inside this room there is a daybed and pull out trundle and its own flat screen tv.
Kids Room:
Last but certainly not least is the kids retreat! This enormous mermaid and surfing themed kids bedroom/playroom featuring 2 sets of bunk beds with full over full beds each with a twin trundle, a day bed with trundle, an air hockey table, many types of games and cards, a large flat screen, and many other unique surprises! This floor has shared full bathroom.
Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
Pets: Our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only. Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 20lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.
Parking: 5 vehicles max: 1 in garage, 4 in driveway | No parking on the street or on landscaping
Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.
If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.
