Overall lovely home and great location. Beachpath hard to find - sign would help

It was a great vacation- lovely home. Just a Few things needed attention - ice maker , coffeemaker - hot tub — And the trash wasn’t picked up sat or Monday but when I called they were responsive. I would rent again.

Our "go to" home every year!

Very accommodating for families up to 10 but can sleep 14. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice pool with hot tub that can be heated for extra fee (worth it!). Elevator helps with elderly managing stairs and with groceries/luggage. Nice family area for TV/movie watching. Dining table seats 12 easily. Gas grill. Very good beach access with easy short walk. Recently replaced carpets throughout since last year! Only improvements would be better quality mattresses for those of us with bad backs...... We will rent it again next summer!

Very nice and accommodating. Next best thing to front row.

Stayed here with brother, sister, spouses and neices/nephews. Plenty of room for 12-14 with bedrooms/baths for all. Nice accommodations with pool, elevator and easy beach access with 2 minute walk. Have stayed here 6-8 occassions over the past 15 years. Many recent updates including kitchen appliances, dining table,etc. Plenty of TV access..

Our "Go To" Sea Pines Vacation Home

Very accommodating for large families. The dining table seats 12! My family has stayed here multiple times over the years. Recent upgrades by the new owner who actually called while we were there to be sure we were happy with the accommodations. I highly recommend the home to any medium to large family looking for very a nice 2nd row Sea Pines home only a short walk to the beach.....except for the week that our family will want to use it next year.!

A Place for Making Memories

We had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful home. It is gorgeous, warm, comfortable, convenient, efficient, and fun. We sat around that gorgeous table and chatted for hours, reminiscing about our college days, laughing, hugging, and sharing. The house so welcomes this sort of activity. Loved it!

Gorgeous home steps from the beach

This home provided a wonderful Hilton Head experience for my family. We love Sea Pines. It's a short bike ride to shops and restaurants in a few locations. This home was located in a beautiful spot, with a very short walk to the ocean on a private beach path. The home was decorated beautifully and the kitchen had everything you needed. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. Would recommend!

Great location and nice property.

Property in good condition. A few items need repair - ice maker catch basin broken, grill did not heat evenly, spa never got more than warn even though we paid to heat it. I did call when dishwasher stopped working and the management company a service person there in an hour to fix it.
