Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great environment. The place was clean and nicely furnished and it had a great view. The only appliance that didn’t work well was the dryer so we had to run it twice as long which may impact the utility bill. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our condo. It was bright and had a great deck Met many nice people.The unit lacked cleaning supplies and some of the furniture was tired.We were so disappointed to find we didn’t have first right of refusal for next year. We’ve been renting in Palmetto Dunes over 10 years and this is the first time this happened.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic and close to stores, restaurants, beach, and tennis. The Villa was not great. The kitchen is very tight and the over did not work. We were there for 3 weeks and there was no vacuum in the Villa for a quick clean up. The couch was uncomfortable. We could not use the patio because of wasps (I got stung).

The beds were very comfortable and we are well rested We are looking forward to our return in february
