Had a great stay. The location is a short walk to beach path and beach was not over crowded. Villa was very nice. We had one issue and it was resolved in a very timely manner. We would stay here again.

Great location and size for a big family. But not so great otherwise.

We loved the location and the size of this unit. It served our family of 8 well for space. It wasn’t the cleanest. The light switch in the small bathroom downstairs had something sticky and dark colored all over it. The bathroom weren’t very clean. The shower curtains were moldy. The ice maker had mold in the bottom of it and we couldn’t use it and had to buy ice. The microwave wouldn’t heat at all. We had leftovers and wanted to heat them up and couldn’t. The water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms wasn’t very ideal and the water kept turning cold when you showered. Its location and size were the things we were very satisfied with, but cleanliness and amenities were not so great for us.

Close to beach and quiet community!

This villa was close to the beach — only a five minute walk. Close to pickle ball courts! A quick walk or bike ride to the General Store to pick up necessities, breakfast in the morning, or soft serve ice cream. Palmetto Dunes is such a great family community with a great vibe! The only complaint I had was that the villa was not cleaned well upon arrival. I reached out to Vacasa immediately and did get a quick response, which was good.
