This is a great property. You’re about a 8 minute walk to the waterline of the beach. You’re pretty central to sea pines which means you’re about ten minute drive to harbor town, the grocery stores and everything else. So great spot in that regard.
We loved the decorations and the kitchen had lots of space for cooking. There was a big table for family meals and board games.
The pool in the back is nothing special but a nice option to have. In spring time, the pool was too cold to leverage because it was unheated with no option to heat it. There was a hot tub but we didn’t use it that much.
The trip would have been a smashing success but there was broken glass in the master bedroom floor. If you see in the pictures, there is a rope floor so it’s easy to miss that kind of stuff and unfortunately, I stepped on it and had a sliver of glass go into my foot. Not fun on day 1 of your trip…. After some back and forth with management, they decided to send a cleaning crew out to clean up the broken glass, and gave a small comp.
Overall, this was a good place to visit. Not jaded by the glass, but if you stay there just make sure the rope floor areas have been thoroughly cleaned.
