Great Home in the Middle of Everything

My friends and I spent four nights at the property as part of a guys golf trip. The house was everything we could have asked for. It was very clean and spacious. The communication with the rental company was great each time I had a question. I would definitely recommend the property and would certainly go back there again.

Great Spot

The house had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, we loved the visiting alligator in the creek behind the house and the beach was fabulous (the daily shuttle is so convenient); communication with property mgmt was a slow when we checked in and had parking pass troubles and the internet was also slow and went out 1 night so those were the only hiccups. We loved the pool, patio, neighborhood and all the activities we had access to (free golf for 1 person daily was a big hit), a memorable trip!

Fantastic location

The location was phenomenal. Love that the pool could be heated, had a view of the canal, great community to bike ride and walk and close to the beach. The house was fine- but not necessarily what we've come to expect for a VRBO house in that price range. (We stay in VRBOs at least 4-5 times a year for the last 5 years.) When we arrived, the house was COVERED in pollen...to the point you could see footprints on the deck. When I spoke to the property manager about how I would have liked someone to hose down the deck furniture prior to arrival, she said that that heavy amount of pollen is typical and could happen overnight. I ended up hosing down amd scrubbing all the deck furniture so it was usable and trust me, there is no way that amount of pollen happened overnight. Frankly, it looked like no one had been to the house in at least a week or two. We also had a few other issues that the management had mixed success in fixing- the front door wouldn't lock and one of the toilets ran. Overall, not bad but for the price, I'd probably rent elsewhere next time.

Great House & Location

Beautiful property! The beach is a short 0.5 mile walk and the private pool overlooking the lagoon was fantastic! Alligator swam by daily- so neat to see! Very private home. We really loved our stay. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked with pots and pans and we had some trouble with the dishwasher. but otherwise great trip. Highly recommend!

Golf Getaway

Middle of the island. Not too far back into the resort when you need to leave. Close to restaurants, grocery, and golf courses. Major plus is 4 king beds.

Lovely house for extended family!

We had a great time and the house was great! The owners have made a few improvements from the listing: updated two of the downstairs bathrooms & all bedrooms but twin have king beds. They have also put in a larger than advertised kitchen & dining table so the dining could squeeze in 8 adults. Communication with Beach properties was always pleasant, efficient and productive.

This house was great!

We really liked the open floor plan and the privacy in the backyard by the pool. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We accidentally locked ourselves out on Easter Sunday without the door code, and the property management company was very responsive helping us to get back in immediately.
