Fabulous oceanfront views

Beautiful beach condo with great views

I was very pleased with the place we stayed. It was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The owners did a great job making it feel like a special place, and we appreciated it. The building where we stayed had beautiful grounds as well, however, we were the unfortunate recipients of a full week of noisy tree cutting and lawn care that consumed every morning. I really wish we could have enjoyed the peacefulness of the ocean sounds that others have experienced. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Villa!

Having rented and owned at HHI for over 30 years I would say this one of the nicest villas we have rented. The owner spared no expense in the renovation. Very nice kitchen and both baths were excellent. Only regret is we should have stayed for six weeks instead of four! Our thanks to the owner and Vacasa for a wonderful stay.

The Perfect Place

My wife, 3 year old son, mother and I enjoyed our weeklong stay. The views from the balcony were great and the outdoor furniture made for the perfect breakfast/coffee spot in the mornings. The beach was not nearly as crowded as other areas on the island but just enough people to interact with and make new friends. The pool and especially the kids pool was very nice and appeared to be cleaned every day we were there. The grounds were exceptional and overall felt like a very safe place for a family. The parking garage is great and we were able to find a spot there all but 1 day. Palmetto Dunes Resort was exceptional and we prefer it to Sea Pines. Just enough to do but not overly crowded. The general store is great for picking up any necessities without leaving the resort. Grounds throughout Palmetto Dunes were maintained and exceptional. The only downside to our stay was leaving! We plan to be stay at 4209 many more times in the future and highly recommend it to small families or couples.

Wow!!

What a wonderful short vaca. A great price, immaculately clean and ascetically pleasing. My kids and I had a great time here, the complex was filled with friendly people. Parking was easy and the pools and grounds were kept very clean. We loved the turtles in the pond, the deer in the bushes and the shark in the ocean. Lovely. The only issue was that the pan/pots were gross. Everything else was perfect. They even provide soap/shampoo ect...

Condo with a great view !

Our 3rd time to stay in this unit. Only 2 complaints. Master shower was left with a huge hair ball in it. Yuk ! Also after traveling all day having to drive to Vacasa ofc just to pick up a PD car pass is soooo frustrating. Pls mail us those passes as other mgmt. companies do.

Beautiful condo, very upscale

This condo was amazing. Very upscale and had everything we needed. We will definitely attempt to stay here again in the future. My only concern is how dusty everything in the condo was when we arrived. All surfaces could have used a good wipe down...decor, glassware, furniture, etc. Not the biggest deal, but it would have felt cleaner with a good wipe down. We also did not like having to stop by the booking office prior to arriving at the condo...this added at least a half hour to our trip in.
