Hi Colleen , thank you for staying with us! This is a 1 bedroom condo and we do list the square footage as well as accurate photo's. We have extra drawers under the bed that pull out as well as a new dresser and a closet for storing personal items and clothing. We provide a starter kit of all necessary items, I am sorry it was not enough for you. We are on the schedule to have the condo painted yet again. We have already replaced the carpeting and again, sorry you felt it was "beat up".

Wow....wow is all I can say. Are you sure you stayed in the right condo? The dresser is new and certainly not unstable, the rugs and couch are not stained, I will look into the drains although no one else has said anything. We don't provide Keurig cups as everyone likes something different. I am sorry you were unhappy, but you never reached out to say anything during your stay.

Hi Robin, sorry you had so many negative comments about our beautiful condo. We have a picture posted on the listing of the view, so it shouldn't be a surprise. The kitchen is smaller, as is the condo. We list it as such, we do have the size posted a little over 500 sq. ft. We will have the bike looked at, we were unaware of the brakes. ( we provide the bikes at no extra charge ) As far as "90's dingy"???? We have had the balcony tiled (instead of carpet), new floors throughout, new carpet in bedroom, new paint throughout, new dresser, new sleeper sofa, new table and chairs, new bathroom vanity and lighting, new artwork, new TV, new countertops and backsplash, new sink, new ceiling fans.....not sure what else we could do? I am glad the other guests have given us 5 star reviews....it really is a nice, clean condo!
