Great Location, nice view of the ocean, although you cannot see the sunrise from the balcony. We always love to stay in the beachfront Palmetto Dunes condos, we’ve rented several times. This unit needs a little TLC, some upgrading and paint or at least a major wipe-down, otherwise it is nice, like all the condos here.

The Hampton Place property is very nice. It's well maintained and is as described. Our specific condo was average. I say that because the bedding was old and worn. Paint on walls needed touched up. The shower drains were slow. The cable box needs to be swapped for the newer models. It is very old. I'm stating these somewhat minor issues since I assume you are looking for ways to improve. These had no bearing on our experience. We had a great week and plan on returning to Hampton Place.
