This was the best place for easy beach access! We loved the covered walkway and the clean dunes and beach only a few minutes away. We also appreciated the water sprayer which allowed us to wash away all the sand on ourselves and all of our gear. Great place to play ad relax.

Great stay!

The sunrise views are breathtaking! Great ocean view and it's so quiet and relaxing. If you like grilling out the Weber grills are so clean! Great resort ~ guest services and ground keepers are top notch! Highly recommend this place!

July 2024 vacation

This unit was perfect for our vacation. It was very close to the beach and grilling areas. The rooms were cool and the appliances in great working order. The unit had all beach necessities including fresh water fishing rods! This unit was our nice catch of the week.

Clean, convenient, cozy

Great place for a beach trip. It’s an ocean view condo but truly your view is unobstructed and it’s perfect. Watch the sunrise on the porch with a cup of coffee, or in the master bed! Mattresses need some updating but worth the view and convenience to the beach.

Best Large Family Vacation

my family of seven recently stayed. With five kids, we figured it was going to be hard to spread everyone out and also not be up each other’s butts the whole entire time. The place was great and the location was even better. every evening I sat out on the back balcony and just listen to the waves crash as I read my book and it was the most amazing experience. Highly suggest and definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back.

Love!

The condo was perfect! We enjoyed the view of the ocean from our balcony, the pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was short and sweet. I have a broken ankle and the blue mats on the sand made it so much easier to walk. The price was the best I found and we will definitely come back. Thank you for such a beautiful and easy time. Hilton Head is our favorite home away from home.

Great location

This was our first stay in this building. The location of our condo was great- awesome ocean view from the balcony. It’s on the front side so very quiet- no through traffic. We liked the unit, but it wasn’t our favorite. It wasn’t as updated or as well appointed as others. It felt more like a rental unit than a home, if that makes sense. We don’t cook dinner but the kitchen supplies worked for breakfast. The washer and dryer worked well. The oddest part is we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the master bedroom fan! We tried every switch and it doesn’t have a pull chain. Thankfully it is a very quiet fan. The unit is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. Easy walk to the beach.

Cute spot, needs attention

This apartment is great for a family, it has a perfect proximity to the beach and is a good sized spot for four people. The decor inside the apartment was cute and beachy, beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. Aside from that, the apartment was very very dirty. We reached out to management multiple occasions and ended up cleaning it ourselves. It definitely looks like the apartment needs a very thorough deep cleaning. do not use the dryer. The lining of the dryer is coming out on the inside and ruined an entire load of our swimsuits and clothes because it rubbed some black brown gunk all over everything. This condo has great potential, it just seems like the owners have trusted their property to a property management team and is not being well looked after. The complex itself is ok, nothing special - really the best thing going for it is the wonderful beach. Pool was ok, kinda small. All in, I would not stay here again.
