Spring break

Excellent location. Beautiful property. Felt very safe in this area. Close to everything. Could use a night stand in the king bedroom along with a couple luggage tables. Lock on the main entry took some getting use to.

Very Comfortable townhome

The property, location, amenities, and were terrific. We'd stay there again. The unit is close to the pool and the beach is short 10 minute drive.

Great Property

This was a great property. We found it to be just as it was represented. We were attending a wedding and wedding events. The location was convenient to all event locations, great restaurants, shopping, and beach. Very relaxing porches and balconies with great views and lots of nature. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice rental in quiet community

Very clean! Nice comfortable furnishing, great view of golf course from back deck. Front deck has a grill and it’s very convenient, big plus. Overall a great quiet peaceful community, will be back.

I never received the door access code!! So I never stayed at the property. I did not like being forced to take a photo of my ID and credit card & send to an unknown email & phone number. Too many scams are occuring to be sending out personal info. I tried several times uploading my ID on theur verification platform with no success. I explained I never had to do this before for any previous rentals, so I offered to verify my identity in person or via video call. They said I couldn't, which seemed suspicious to me, so I never arrived at the property. Very disappointing for a rental I booked since May, four months in advance!!! Poor customer service, no other help was offered except the same request of my ID/CC via email and text. That is unsafe, and email is not recommended communication. They sent email address in the app, and it was blocked out because of this same reason. Hope no one else has to go through this!

Great place to stay!

We stayed in this condo with our four children and found it to be very family friendly. It's located directly across the street from the pool so that was super convenient. The property was very clean upon arrival (that's saying something because I'm a self proclaimed germaphobe) and the kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook meals in the condo. They provided plenty of towels as well as many little extras most condos don't have (beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). The room with four beds worked wonderfully for our children as well as the larger bathroom. We all found the beds to be very comfortable too. The location of the condo is fantastic, in a very middle of the island area so there was a lot to do very close by. The Shipyard Shuttle made going to the beach super easy as well. Overall, we would stay here again! It's very obvious the condo owners have considered and provided everything you would need in a vacation home.
