Thanksgiving Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property, with its six bedrooms and six baths, easily accommodated myself and my five brothers and our spouses. The spacious property, with its amenities, was also ideal for hosting the many members of our extended families who came together for thanksgiving dinner and activities on the days following. The golf course just to the rear of the property and the deer occasionally passing by provided a scenic backdrop. The property was also a short walk to the beach, which facilitated off-facility activities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the house. Had a few plumbing issues that you were able to address as they arose. However, I did not appreciate receiving a $100 parking ticket (with no warning) for having 2 tires off the pavement of driveway, when we had trouble fitting 5 cars with passes on driveway space.

Beautiful Home But Trash Service Yard a Real Issue

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From a high-level experience, the home is beautiful. Primary problem from arrival was the trash. There was a large, round container full and unbagged. Never dealt with. Maintenance notified and shown while microwave was replaced. Secondarily, the security is over the top. A $100 parking ticket at 1 Cockle Ct for parking a vehicle off the street but on the property side in order to keep a driveway clear for arriving elderly..... while we easily spent over $60K at palmetto dunes on catering, golf and wedding.... is beyond disappointing. Basically, feels like excessive fines and an aggressive approach is used to underwrite the security. All billed to your card on file.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is wonderful. Our family loved the location. We actually stayed in this property for 4 years in a row several years ago. It was clean and the A/C worked great. There were a few problems with needed repairs--a toilet issue, the garage doorknob came off, the spa was not working for 2 days, and the sprayer in one kitchen sink broke. The grill is not in great shape. There are not enough trash cans for garbage collection. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it to others.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a good size and pool area was great . We had a few issues with clogged drain, toilets not working great. The water was not filling up.Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty . The furniture in the upstairs family room was stained . The house did not feel like it was cleaned well.
