The trip was great! Our host was so helpful, and the rooms were really nice! Beach access and playground were within walking distance. The host also had beach items to use, which was really great! Would recommend this listing and would book again in the future!

Great time!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was a short walk to the beach and a beautiful walk to Coligny. Outdoor pool was cold since it was April, but lovely space, indoor pool and hot tub was awesome! The condo was very clean, updated and wonderfully decorated. Close to elevator, garbage chute and pool. The two separate spaces was perfect for our family of 5! We really appreciated the wagon of beach toys and chairs. Great stay:)

Great stay on HHI

This condo is lovely. I like the location and the building's two pools were good for teens. The home is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The beds are comfortable and plenty of seating in living room. Multiple big screen TV's and LED lights were well thought out. I like the separation of bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo, however, if you have teens/kids that are loud night owls, you can hear them through the wall. If there was anything I could possibly think of to include in this home, it would be an additional towel hanging option in the master bath and additional regular sized ice trays. Other than that, if we ever return to HHI, I would definitely choose this rental again. The condo was one of the highlights of the trip!

Great week in Hilton Head!

Beautiful and very spacious condo, the entire property is very will kept, looks just like the pictures on the website. Check in is simple, parking passes for two cars, walk to the beach (across the street), four nice beach chairs are provided by the owners, two great restaurants on the beach, The Hilton and Marriott, walk from the beach in your swimsuit and coverup. Communication with owners was great! We had a fantastic week! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, updated and roomy!

This property is spacious, allowing my teenagers their own area to watch TV, sleep and shower. The living room furniture was pleasantly oversized and super comfy. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. It was a wonderful surprise that the condo came with four beach chairs and a beach wagon which we used for our beach outing. There was also a cooler and beach toys. I like that we had the option to wash and dry clothes from the comfort of our condo. In total we would definitely stay there again! Thank you to our host!

Wonderful place and location

This is a new listing so I was a bit hesitant. Let me say that this place overexceeded my expectations. The renter has gone above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I loved that it was almost like 2 separate apartments. Each had a bedroom, bathroom and living room. The bigger one had the kitchen. Kitchen was stocked. New appliances, rain shower. I would definately stay here again. Minutes to the beach and Coligney. Outdoor and indoor pool. I'm not sure what else I could have wanted.

Outstanding design. Very efficiently updated. Makes the space feel huge and bedrooms separated. Great for kids, it was like they had their own suite. Lots of extras for you to enjoy the beach. Short walk to ocean great location and both pools were nice.
