Great HHI vacation

We have not been in HHI in a few years and when we returned, it was wonderful. Our home was nice and clean and convenient to the beach and several pool options for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home, fantastic location!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 727 is spacious, comfortable, well-lit and nicely decorated. The deck was great (complete with gas grill, several benches and chairs and a great view of the first green/second tee on the Robert Trent Jones course). Walking distance to General Store and Tennis/Pickleball courts. It was everything we expected it to be.Not really enamored with the Roku TV setup. Very complicated with instructions that did not match what needed to be done to make it work, especially in the bedrooms. Suggestion/warning - you don't "Download the Hargray App", you "Add a Channel" and Hargray is one of the choices.Downsides - 1) The pool near the unit had not been cleaned, perhaps for months. When we received a "Everything to your satisfaction" message through Hospitality App, I asked if it could be cleaned. No response and no cleaning during our 10 days there. It was, frankly, disgusting. We didn't bother to go try to swim there. Because of this, we probably won't stay in Queens Grant again.Only other concern is the parking - units are closely packed together and the parking lot was full every night. If sharing a unit with another couple/family, that might be an issue.

Not only was it super clean and well decorated, the layout was perfect for us. Additionally, we enjoyed the location—very quiet (except for mornings the very nearby green is mowed😊. We had one hiccup with the AC and the PD staff was all over getting it fixed promptly; the Manager was very attentive.
