Newly Renovated Condo in Beautiful Beach Front Resort

The Hilton Head Resort offers the perfect Oceanside retreat designed for those who like to enjoy the beach no matter what time of the year. Our beach is one of the nicest beaches on the East Coast. While walking on our boardwalk to the beach or to our beach cabana, Coco’s on the Beach, you can enjoy the pristine ecological marsh. The resort is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun, bird watching and later in the evening a romantic stroll.

The Hilton Head Resort offers more amenities than any other resort on the island. Designed where you can enjoy all types of activities no matter what the season.

Our condo is located in Building one on the first floor for easy access and great views of the lagoon. Our Condo was recently remodeled from floor to ceiling with new porcelain floor tile, new dry wall (not just painting over the old paneling like many of the other units), smooth ceilings, modern light fixtures, ceiling fans, paint, and furnishings.

Our Living area offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 51” Flat screen HD TV, Blu-ray player, and an Ipod-dockable sound bar with separate subwoofer. You also access our private balcony via the sliding doors. Directly outside our balcony, is a beautiful lagoon with a fountain and many of the island’s wonderful wildlife can be seen there.

The dining area adjacent to the living room offers seating for 6. The kitchen has full size appliances and all utensils you will need to prepare a meal for your whole family.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with all luxury bedding, a private bath and ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also a 25” LED HDTV with Blu-ray player in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom sleeps up to 4, and features a twin bed and twin over full bunk bed, all with new quality bedding. Both bedrooms offer large amounts of storage space.The guest bathroom has a walk in shower, and the master bathroom has a full tub/shower. A hair dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are provided.

Our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect family vacation at the ocean. Only the scenic tidal marsh separates us from the ocean, but a short stroll or shuttle ride down our boardwalk leads you directly to the beach and our private beach cabana - Coco's. At Coco's cabana bar you can enjoy your favorite beverage and food hot off the grill; listen to music or play beach volleyball. The condo and complex are perfect for relaxing couples or active families.

The Resort is located ocean side between Palmetto Dunes Resort and Port Royal Plantation. Our gated community with 24 hour security is right next door to the Robert Trent Golf Course. We have six lighted tennis courts, three wonderful pools: two outdoor and one heated indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise/weight room, indoor walking track, sundeck, on-site mini grocery store & restaurant, picnic & grilling area, and playgrounds. All these amenities are free to our guests, making this the perfect choice for your vacation. We are conveniently located near all the other island activities for which Hilton Head is famous. Directly outside our security gate is a paved bike path that goes from one end of the island to the other.

Lots of room!

We stayed here with our family of 6 and had enough room for the week! Was it cramped sometimes? Sure, but we have a big family and really only stayed in the room long enough to sleep and sometimes eat. Room location was great in Building 1. Owners were very responsive if we needed them. Pretty much all the amenities you need for a great week on Hilton Head!

Such a fun Trip

I traveled with some close friends and stayed for a few days. The location was great, close to several really delicious restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach was very nicely maintained. The condo was perfect for our trip, and accurately reflected by pictures. I would stay again!

Cute beach stay

The place was accurately listed, in a great location. Has beach access but it is a fairly long walk. My main issue was trying to get the key out. We almost had to call the owner because the box was stuck, so hopefully they upgrade to a keypad entry. Also make sure to bring soap and all toiletries for the bathroom. There was bar soap provided, but that’s it. Other than that, was great for the price.

Let me start by saying I normally don’t do reviews but just want to provide feedback for the next guests. This is not a beach front property in the traditional sense so don’t expect to see, hear or feel the beach while on property. There view from the balcony is the wall of another building and the parking lot. You do have beach access. It is a nice 9 to 10 minute walk along a wooden bridge across a marsh of land where you do see some beach front homes / buildings. There were no washer and dryer inside the unit. This was my fault for missed reading the amenities but if I did it, someone else may have as well. This may not matter but if you did not pack you pool towel, then you may have to be creative in having enough towels for the pool and showers. Since most places I have stayed include the pool / beach towels, needless to say, we did not. We stayed 5 days and received two towels per guest. Oh only two small wine glasses so bring your is if more want to share a bottle. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, plates and etc but do bring dish soap, extra paper towel, trash bags,al big cutting board, seasonings and other condiments if you are going to cook regularly. Be careful with the handles in the shower in one of the bathrooms — very hot water with loose handles where you keep turning but it won’t shut off properly. So don’t be naked in the shower while adjusting your water temperature. There’s a hole and possibly mold on the ceiling of the front bathroom. It s

Spring Break getaway

We had a few hiccups with the toilet but the property manager responded quickly however maintenance did not but it was a holiday wknd and during Spring Break so it was understandable. The resort itself was much older than expected but we made it work. The boardwalk to the beach was much longer than expected but there was golf cart transportation. The condo itself was nice and well stocked however it is on the1st floor and the over head guest noise was pretty loud and disturbing especially when the overhead children were up at daybreak running back and forth, but I guess this is expected in older properties. There were no views from the entry door side or the balcony however there was a nice pool and bar area. The boardwalk to the beach was much longer than expected but there was golf cart transportation. The beach area was nice and seemed very private if that is what you are looking for. We kinda like to people watch but not many people at all. There was a beach chair rental company there but when we were able to finally get someone to answer the phone we were told they didn't have anyone working to come set chairs up so they couldn't help us. Really? I thought this was a business but whatever. Overall it was a nice trip. I was pleased with the condo itself and the rental price however the resort could really use some cleaning and updating.

The listing.show it sleeps 8. We my daughter decided she wanted to come.alkng but we were told.only 6 were allowed, resort rules). The condo was very crowed w 6 adults, so good thing we didnt have 7. Sofa bed and bottom bunk mattress were both terrible for sleeping. There was no dish soap to wash any dishes and we had to go purchase toilet.tissue the very first day. We had 8 towels for 6 adults. The ice maker didnt work and there wasnt enough seating for 6 adults. Not even a regular broom for us to sweep the floor. This was my 2nd trip to this resort, not sure I'd come back again,.but if i did id definitely rent a different condo. Enjoyed the resort. The bartender was awesome as well as the service.

Good stay but could use a little work

Property was nice everything worked nicely. Our only issue was how dirty random things were there was moldy coffee in the pot that hadnt been thrown out. Some cups there had black mold in them. There was only 1 trash bag for the whole week. And 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 6 days bso we had to run out and grab a few supplies. There was trash left in the bottom of the cans in the bathroom. Just soke frustrating things that were overlooked. But we were close to the beach and thags what we wanted. We love hilton head resort

If only you could guarantee the weather! Great trip if it would have been warm and sunny. Kind of a long walk to the beach, but since it was so windy we stayed at the pool, which was also great! The bar and food at the pool was not expected but an awesome perk. Our unit was the perfect size for the 3 of us.

Great condo, great resort, lovely beach

The condo was clean and comfortable, the resort facilities were nice. The condo is close to the elevator which was great for my mom. The boardwalk to the beach is super duper long, but they have a golf cart shuttle that runs pretty regularly. The beach itself is lovely, easy to walk on. We will definitely be coming back and will try to get this same condo if available!

Property was great, the beds needed attention immediately because someone didn’t change out the bedsheets at all! The property manager had them to come over first thing the next morning to change all bed linens. We pay cleaning fee and this should never be an issue. This was so inconvenient more than I could ever tell you. The rest of the stay was great
