Close to beach, great pool

I’ll start with the positive - the condo has a view of the ocean and a super short walk to the beach. The size of the condo was fine for the 5 of us, one child slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware. Now for the cons. The bed in the master needs to be replaced very badly. It dips in the middle and was terribly uncomfortable. The master shower also needs to be looked at, specifically the bottom of the tub sounds like there is water damage underneath. If those two things are fixed, I’d stay again.
