14 Starboard Tack is nestled on the 11-mile lagoon in Palmetto Dunes with a private pool and spa and dock that is perfect for catch and release fishing! This single-level, pet-friendly home is half a mile from the nearest beach access point, an easy 5-minute bike ride or 13-minute walk. During the summer season, you can enjoy the free Dunes Buggy shuttle that will pick you up from the house and take you to the beach, golf course, restaurants, shops, as well as Shelter Cove Towne Center!
This home features new floors and a fully remodeled kitchen with new appliances, including double ovens. The kitchen is fully stocked, and guests also have access to a propane grill on the deck. This home offers 3 dining spaces with a breakfast table in the kitchen for 4, a formal dining room for 8 with views of the pool and an outdoor dining table with an umbrella on the deck. The living room is spacious with new furniture, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a desk. An air-conditioned Carolina room offers an additional gathering space with a view of the pool and lagoon.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, a smart TV and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and TV. Bedroom 3 has a twin/full bunk bed and a TV! Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedroom furniture is new!
The backyard offers a tranquil retreat to enjoy the perfect Hilton Head Island vacation! The raised deck provides a seating area, dining table and propane grill overlooking the pool. The private pool and spa can be heated for an additional cost.* Down by the water, a private dock offers spectacular views of the 11-mile lagoon.
Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a very family friendly community with 3 golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts for rent, The General Store and more! This community and home has it all, so you will rarely want to use your car!
*Total number of vehicles allowed is 4 in the driveway.
*This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation and additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking. The cost for additional passes is $35 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
*The Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $800/week. Pool heat can be added at checkout or after booking by calling our office. Pool heat must be requested at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date. The pool CANNOT be heated from December - February.
*2 dogs allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
*3-night minimum stay required.
