Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, twin bed, and twin roll-away cot stored in the closet. Smart TV and plenty of storage. Hallway access to the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Cozy Living Area: Relax in the open living and dining space with access to a private balcony overlooking the golf course. Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Plenty of family friendly games and a smart TV with cable.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee.

No smoking, no pets, no e-bikes allowed in Sea Pines Resort.

Parking passes must be displayed at all times (2 included).

Seasonal trolley service available within Sea Pines.

Guest Access:

Smart Lock code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during your stay. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay per pass and request all passes through the host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle to gain access into Sea Pines Resort and must be visible throughout your stay in Sea Pines.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
