Welcome to Your New Favorite Shipyard Vacation Retreat!
This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is the perfect getaway for your family—and your furry friend! Thoughtfully designed with modern upgrades, including LVP and tile flooring, Smart TVs, and comfortable furnishings, this home offers both style and relaxation.

The spacious living area features a sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a wet bar with a wine fridge, perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures. The dining area seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space for all your vacation essentials.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. Enjoy direct access to the private covered deck, where you can take in serene lagoon and golf course views. The guest bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed, a Smart TV, and easy access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Nestled in Evian at Shipyard, this villa is surrounded by the scenic Brigantine Golf Course and offers an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy a picturesque 5-acre lake with a charming gazebo, perfect for wildlife viewing. Take advantage of the Olympic-sized pool (open seasonally) or play a match on the free lighted tennis courts nearby.
A short walk or bike ride leads you to Hilton Head’s stunning 12-mile shoreline. Shipyard also offers championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, world-class tennis at the Van Der Meer Racquet Club, and miles of scenic bike paths and lagoons. Plus, you’re just minutes from Hilton Head’s best shopping, dining, and attractions.

Pet-Friendly: One dog (max 35 lbs) allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $225 + tax.
Parking: A maximum of two car passes are allowed at $35 + tax per stay. Please indicate how many you’ll need.

Evian is one of the most scenic settings in Shipyard HHI and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

Shipyard Hilton Head is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Not worth the price.

Inside nice, clean. Sitting area outside was filthy! Wasps very active. Outside cooking grill was dirty, no utensils. For total price over 450 a night, I would expect better.
