I am pretty confident we were the first stay of the season or atleast for quite sometime. When we arrived there were a lot of dead bugs, could tell no water had been run in the bathrooms for sometime, there was a general musty kinda smell. The listing could have been a little more forth coming with the distance to the beach, while it was only about a 10 mins BIKE RIDE to the beach, the walk was more like 20 minutes. We knew there was a gas grill on the listing so bought items to grill, however there was no propane so we had to swap out the tank. All in all we really enjoyed our stay! The back porch is right on the golf course and was really enjoyable! We would stay here again as long as we need it would be freshly cleaned prior to our stay!
