Overall stay was fine. only one trash bag found. The grounds around the property need to be landscaped better. It rained and everything is just muddy going to the car and back.

We have used VRBO many times and you can see from past reviews we have never had any problems. This was the worst experience ever! WE have stayed at Shipyard many times and all we can say is Sunset Rentals ruined our Family vacation that we planned all year. We arrived on a Wednesday too clogged toilets. Thursday they said they would send a plumber...we waited all day...no plumber. At around 7:30 pm a guy came out and said he was just inspecting and wasn't there to fix anything. Finally they got hold of a real plumber and he arrived on Friday around 2:15, he said no one should be staying here, showers clogged, toilets when flushed would come up in shower (all three of them), kitchen sink wouldn't drain and the backup upstairs would run down the A/C unit in the laundry room. They finally gave us another home which was all the way in Sea Pines, that home was fine but it was then Friday at 5:00. Never again will we stay in Shipyard nor recommend Sunset Rentals. Words cannot express our disappointment.
