Dated but decent

The condo itself is dated. Definitely needs some updating and TLC. I was clean. Pool was decent. We were able to drive within 5 minutes to sea pines. I would say this is a decent 3 star (out of 5) condo. Does have stairs to enter, 2nd floor.

Island House

We have been traveling to Hilton Head for over 30 and have stayed at several different locations over the years. This 2nd floor condo was spacious for our family of four. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Plenty of lines and towels were provided. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, pots and pans etc. The condo does need as little updating on the bathrooms and bedroom carpets. Other than that it was really clean and comfortable! Short 10 min walk to the public beach and close to all the local shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants etc. Overall we had a great experience at this location!
