“Overall, the staff were polite and courteous, which was definitely a positive. However, the location of the property is quite inconvenient — there’s nothing nearby, and you need to drive at least 30 minutes just to find food outside. The in-house restaurant is quite expensive, and the portion sizes are small for the price charged. At times, the staff would call even when we preferred not to be disturbed. “We visited Manali as part of our trip to India. I choose Tiaraa in Manali after a bit of research. Even though I did research, I was still a bit afraid of the place have choose to stay. I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room. The room was clean, beautiful timber interior and most importantly the bathroom was clean and fitted with nice fixtures. The restaurant in hotel also served tasty, hygienic……
