「I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel, Shimla. The staff were exceptionally polite and always eager to help. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. However, the bathroom felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.」

I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy .」

「Our stay at WelcomHeritage Natraj was awesome with full marks to the hotel staff on cleanliness and hospitality. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. 「The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again.
