“It is pretty and the people are nice and not intrusive. I was disappointed that they didn't have a real fridge in the room and nothing to reheat food with. But the food that they served there was really good!”

“Had a very pleasant 3 day stay at the Regenta Resort. Very nice property and very hospitable staff. Would recommend this hotel for a short break in Dharamsala. Since the hotel has no lifts and is located on several levels, it may not be suitable for elderly guests who may have difficulty climbing stairs.”

“The people at the front desk were not very friendly but the people in the dining room were very nice. The Mountain View consisted of wires, rooftops and dead trees. Not very pretty. Hot water in shower lasted only 10 minutes. Workers inside and out, noisy. Canceled the rest of my reservation. ”

Toilet paper on the room was soaking wet and quite disgusting Linens had blood stains and smelly Locks on the bedroom were very shaky and could be opened with any key. Made us feel very unsafe When asked for recommendations manager was not very helpful and we felt only recommended spots and vendors where he had a previous arrangement with We weren't able to take……

“サービスは良く清潔で、ダラムサラに来るときはよく利用しています。ただ今回は初めて真冬の滞在でしたが、ホットウォーターがあまり出ず、時間をかけてもぬるめのお湯がバケツ1杯程度しか出ませんでした。でも部屋にヒーターを入れてくれたので、シャワー後に暖まることが出来ました。”
