"Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's always clean and like the amenities. A short walk to Rundle Mall. However was disappointed this time with the breakfast hot food. Was told they have a new chef. Didn't have any other meals there so don't know how they compare.

The hotel was clean but the room we were in could do with a coat of paint to freshen it up. Kitchen area available for use by patrons but as we were only there for a few days we visited the local cafes for breakfast. "
