Castello: modern cabin with hot tub, pool table and Seneca lake view, along wine trail

Castello is a cozy modern cabin, located along the Seneca Lake wine trail.  This cabin is just a stones throw from State Rt 14 but set back in on a private lane with a lovely, quiet view of Seneca Lake.  You'll love waking up and viewing the sunrise coming over the lake from our large deck or one of the second floor bedroom balconies

Walking in to Castello, you’ll find a fully furnished kitchen with a granite topped island, a great spot to cook or entertain, which connects to the main living area.  The Living room area is open to the kitchen and the dining area, which has a table for 8 and a cozy gas fireplace for chilly nights.  There is a half bath located on the main floor, just off of the Kitchen/Dining area.

The Primary bedroom is adjacent to the Living area and has a King size bed with an en suite bathroom.  This bathroom is open to the bedroom (no connecting door) and has a tiled walk-in shower.

From the Dining area, you can walk out onto the large deck through the back entry door.  The deck is spacious with comfortable deck furniture and the hot tub is located just outside the back door. The hot tub is the perfect place to end your day, gazing at the stars overhead.

From the living room, you'll go up a flight of stairs to the second floor where you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, TV and a private outdoor balcony. This level also has a full bath with tub/shower.

The lower level stairway also comes off of the main floor living room and in the lower level you'll find the family room area.  The family room has a sectional couch, TV, pool table, and small wet bar area.
There is a Queen size Murphy bed in the basement that sleeps 2,  as well as a full bath with shower.  The laundry area is also located in the basement.

The 32’ X 18’ deck will leave you with plenty of outdoor options. You can enjoy a meal cooked on a gas grill and relax on the comfortable poly furniture. And after the evening lights fade you can climb into the hot tub to soak your worries away.  The yard is large and spacious, with plenty of room to bring outdoor games.  There is a patio and firepit area in the yard for enjoying a campfire on cooler nights.

The location of the cabin will not disappoint – far enough off the beaten path to give you privacy on your vacation but close to the main road and several of our area’s greatest attractions. Only 2 miles from Severne Point boat launch.

Castello is a sister cabin to our Chateau cabin, located on the same private road.  If you have a larger group, these two cabins, plus our smaller Chalet cabin, are perfect to rent together as a group.  These 3 are all located on the same private lane

*Air conditioning is provided via central air
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.

**We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25.
**No pets or animals allowed at any time, without exception. Any guest found to be in violation of our pet policy will be asked to leave and/or charged an additional cleaning fee.
**No parties allowed at any time.
**Smoking prohibited
**Parking for 4 vehicles only!
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy, no exceptions.  No more than 8 persons at any time, additional persons will be asked to leave

**Guest may be charged for misuse of the hot tub, if draining and refilling the hot tub is necessitated because of guest misuse

**Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking
