"It's not a well run place but does have some nice. We arrived at 3.45 and our room was not ready. The electrics were faulty in our appartment. We stayed 2 nights. On the first night, we could not turn some of the lights off. On day 2, we could not turn the lights on and used lamps. There is no provision for food and the nearest places to eat or buy food are not near. The heating is not great - no central heating. On one day, we lost hot water. The place needs investment. "

"Decent hotel for a couple of nights stay. Beds were good. We had no issues other than the bathroom door not fully closing so there was a gap and the gap just happens to be in front of the toilet so was awkward with the kids running around. The food was the biggest let down. Not a good enough selection in comparison to other hotels. Especially if you're vegan/vegetarian. The staff are lovely and helpful. Parking is a nightmare as not enough bays and you have to pay to park at the hotel at a cost of £15 per night. Would I stay again? Yes. The stay overall was comfortable and did the job especially with 3 kids. I would suggest they upgrade their breakfast selection"
