「I found the staff wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating. I had issues with my sink ( my own fault ) and they came within minutes to sort it. I had a great bunch of coffee and tea in the room which was very helpful as I love a good coffee. The room was very clean. You could hear things as it’s a pub but I slept great still. Love the free parking. I didn’t get any signal」

「The car park was next to hotel room was clean with coffee and also bottles of water. Nice selection for breakfast but not much selection for evening meal .But because the information in the room wasn't updated it said the restaurant was closed and didn't find out till the last night.」

「Unfortunately not my best visit here - visited several Times - checked in quite late - went straight to my room for a bath - no hot water ! - then headed down stairs for a bit to eat - had the same as my previous visit ( chicken bourguignon which was great last time) - unfortunately this time it was reheated microwaved mush - so headed to bed , unfortunately for me I was woken up by rocking headboards at 1.30 ( my neighbour was obviously having a better night than me ) thin walls between rooms...

「Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.」
