“酒店大堂很有特色，房間很大，可惜主題公園當天沒有營業”

“Great staff, very clean room, good breakfast and meal options in the restaurant. ”

“No parking available. Carpet filthy and stained. Mould in several places in bathroom and corridor. No wifi whatsoever even though it is advertised. Drunks shouting till 1AM then drunk woman screaming at 3.30 AM. Possibly staff member. Place was full of workmen obviously not caring about dirty work boots. Lack of wifi blamed on the brewery. ”

“Reception was dark and deserted. No-one at the desk when I arrived to check in (or at any other time). Had to call a mobile number to get someone. I arrived at 13:10 and was told they wouldn’t check me in until 2pm. I mentioned I wouldn’t be able to return again until later that night, maybe 11 or later and they said that was fine. However by 6:30pm I’d had 2 missed calls from them to ask when I was coming back to check in! So I made a special trip back - this was the only time there was……

“The owner was unaware of our booking as it hadn't gone through to them but problem was solved quickly. ”

“There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden ”

“Room is clean, staff is friendly, location is safe and breakfast is good, except fire egg will be better than scrambled eggs!”

“Everything and enjoyed using the leisure facilities. Many memories of the late night venue, Jake's, when I was on my late teens.”

“Very accommodating. Welcoming staff. And reasonably priced for amenities. Would have been great to have access to a gym so that I could avoid spending so much time getting to know your barman Chris who was very approachable. ”

“Issue as soon as we arrived, they had only reserved one room and not two. Room was full of Damp, and Carpet was wet (had to walk around with shoes on). Loud Music until late hours. Uncomfortable bed, however pillows were lovely. Staff were friendly, however i wouldn't stay here again. Felt unsafe as solo traveller. Resturant was cloaed.”
