“Had a great stay Luke and his team are great very friendly and approachable nice bar the breakfast is fantastic especially for the price and the pizza shack in the beer garden is really good excellent fresh pizzas definitely stay again as the rooms are clean comfortable with great pillows ”

“Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. ”

“A lovely house and just the right size for us within a great part of Sutton and close to Sutton Park that I remembered from my childhood. There wasn't any communication apart from knowing the code to collect the key, the box of which was open and I was unable to lock it on departure. Took time to find the details of setting the heating and WIFI. Nothing on bins eg recycling which we gathered and put into one. Overall, a lovely warm home and we hope we took as much care of it as it was due.……
