Very friendly and helpful staff. We traveled with our dogs and the location was perfect, large garden out back and the Thames path 5 mins walk away. Hotel is historic but a little tired, worn carpets and numerous repairs to the plaster walls that had not been sanded or painted. Room was clean and comfortable.

Go to the Broadway not new street. New street odeon is dated and we could hear the movie from the next screen whilst trying to watch our movie
