Clean and spacious room, the room temp was perfect especially with this hot weather it was nice to step in the cool but not cold room. Beds were super comfortable. Our room came with complimentary cocktail from the bar which was nice. The bar was lively with a DJ (definitely not for those that want a quiet evening). Breakfast was delicious, buffet continental and cook to order menu, highly recommend the shakshuka. If driving, the car park was next door, there is a fee but you pay once for the duration of your stay and then you can come and go as much as you want. This is handy if you are exploring the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've stayed in a few hotels in Birmingham, this was by far my favourite! Will definitely be back.

The room was good a couple of niggly issues that we did mention to reception. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.The breakfast was really good ,the continental was varied ,fresh and tasty.The cooked breakfast i had was good.

I love Malmaisons. The rooms are always different to the normal ones you get in other chains, but they're very well laid out. Even a standard double has a sofa at the end of the bed, so you don't have to be in bed to watch TV. The bars are always good too.
