「There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.」

「Great place」

「The place was convenient to everything in Pagosa Springs. Everything worked well, and the place was furnished well enough to cook anything we wanted. Comfortable bed and laundry in unit made the stay great! Would come back to this one in a second. 」

「I agree with other comments about this apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, the LR is comfortable and the king bed is excellent. We stayed in the summer (July) and the unit was a bit warm which was our only concern but we still were able to sleep. And lastly the property manager was very available - 」

「Beautiful in every way」

「We loved our stay! The only 2 things to note, as the bedroom is upstairs and no AC in Telluride, heat rises and sleeping was a bit hot. They do provide fans and have a wall unit in the master it still was a bit hot. Also, the parking garage isn’t super close to the unit so that made it a bit challenging to get all of our stuff up there. Worth it though because the location was perfect on the bottom of the gondola. The hosts were great, fast and easy communication. We will come back! 」
