“We have stayed in Lake City in the past and this condo will definitely be our first choice when we return. Brittney obviously has put a lot of thought into meeting the needs of travelers because this condo has it all - perfect quiet location, safe, ground floor, lots of storage in every room, comfortable, well equipped kitchen and beautifully updated too! Only 3 blocks from shopping and restaurants. Parked our ATV right in front of the condo with our truck/trailer just around the corner. We……

“Comfortable accommodations, close to everything in Lake City. Walking distance to multiple playgrounds and restaurants, but far enough off the Main Street to ensure quiet comfortable evenings. A wonderful base camp for all the fun family adventures this area has to offer. We enjoyed this stay!”

“Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room……
