"The room itself was fine, but the outside is absolutely filthy. The stairs to the building looked like they had bad diarrhea. The price I received was phenomenal, but -- Expedia -- this is on you too. I reached out four times within the cancellation window and was put on hold for up to 16 minutes. I do not recommend this as a place to stay, and I will be thinking twice before booking through your website again."
