We stayed 2 days at Lakeview Inns & Suites - Hinton, the room's are quite spacious and the breakfast room is pretty big with good variety of continental food. The first day the parking sucked,as I can see lots of construction vehicles with oversize took all parking lots as I reached at 10PM. Since it was raining I need to park far away from my room as the parking lots were already occupied. Looks like the first come first parking. Rest all it is good to stay.

We liked how spacious our room was, it had a king bed & bathroom upstairs with tv. On main area a queen bed, bath, tv and kitchenette. The free breakfast had all we needed to eat so we enjoyed it. Staff was very welcoming and had that ask and will assist anyway I can attitude. Great stay, would stay again

The staff were kind. We had the family loft and it was nice and cozy. However, the phone was not working, no extra bed sheets for the sofa bed, the toilet flush is slow, no heated water in the upstairs shower, the refrigerator was extremy dirty, no bright light at all, the furnitures and the carpets are very dusty. I hope they improve the state of the rooms. When I brought up these issues to the front desk I was just told that “most of the family lofts don’t have working phones and the toilet flush are slow” which shows that this has been an issue for a while now. I know that the staff can only do much with accomodating and thank you to them for doing their best, they made our stay bearable despite the poor room conditions.

Hair in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, broken tiles and to top it off dirty pillow sheets. Another room was offered but that one too didn’t even seemed vacuumed. I would not stay here again especially at the price they are charging.

We got a phone call a few days before our stay saying they wanted to give us a free upgrade to some kind if suite. No extra cost so I said sure and thank you so much! Well I would hate to see where we would have stayed if this was an upgrade. First thing we walked in and the heat was cranked. Hot summer day and heat on full blast. Opened a door to try and cool the place down. We went to sit outside and there was only one chair. They knew two of us would be there but one chair. Went back in and tv wouldnt work. Front desk came and got it going and we lost tv three more times. By the time we got it working again each time we missed the rest of the show we were watching. Fridge door wouldn't open because the fridge wasnt level and the door caught on the floor. Lamp didnt work. Plugged in and everything but switch broke off so no way to turn it on. Got in the shower and the whole rod fell off the wall. Had to use my husbands wet towel to dry off because there weren't even enough towels for two. Told them about all of this upon check out and they said sorry we will talk to management and get back to you and have heard nothing. No refund no phonecall no appology no nothing. Its a dump please people dont stay there. Most places were full but you could normally stay somewhere better for that price. Ramada was same price but fully booked at the time. $300 a night is way too much for this dive! Don't stay here please!
