Ramsau 4 km from Mayrhofen: Cosy 2-family house "Klocker". 400 m from the centre of Ransau, 1 km from the centre of Hippach, 4 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a central position, 7.5 km from the lake, 3 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: WiFi (extra). Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Ramsau i.Z. Ärztehaus" 220 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 650 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 7.5 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 200 m, gondola lift 3 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 200 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mayrhofner Bergbahnen - Horbergbahn 3 km, Zillertal Arena 4.5 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Klocker", 5-room apartment 120 m2 on 2nd floor. Practical furnishings: 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin and shower. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Good location/no common space

Location is good, pretty close to main skiing resorts. Rooms are small, not in all of them bath/wc. There are 2 kitchens, but both of them are pretty small, no common space, where big group of people could spend evening together. Wi Fi is very slow and it’s for additional fee. In general a lot of extra payments: towels Bed linen Tourist fee And whatever additional extra fee, which can’t be explained to you normally, because host speaks German only. Would be much better, if all these fees would be calculated into total rent price.
