“Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Absolute Nightmare! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous……

“No front desk staff. Called their number but no answer but when spoke with main woman who was outside around the corner she had received my call but ignored it. Horrible customer service. Attempted to charge me more money. Neighborhood looks nothing like pic on site. They attempted to give me a room with no AC. Parking was confusing at first.”

“We had an amazing stay at NOA! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and looked exactly like the photos. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The location was perfect, right off Loíza Street, within walking distance of tons of incredible restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, and only about an 8-minute walk to the beach. It made exploring San Juan so easy without needing a car. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to……

“The rooms, layout were good and very homely. Our family loved the stay and made the choice of stay for the next trip already. To list any negative was the plumbing -- pipe at bathtub was loose and over flowing, the bathroom shower flow. The host was very responsive and sent handyman immediately. Over all good place. The host should consider to lower the price, as they will not go vacant any time in year.”
