"Front desk staff very polite. Room wasn’t ready and she kept calling house keeping for updates and kept me informed. King suite on the 9th was huge. Bar area was very nice , bartender was excellent, friendly, precise & great location to Truist Park/battery. The shuttle was a nice perk getting to the game was easy but coming back after the game was nightmare. We were told where to wait at the 2055 sign. The shuttle came back 3 times took almost 2 hours bc of traffic and never stopped at the sign where we were told to stand.opens the door a half mile away and all the people who got there later got on. After 2 hours we called a uber and got back easier. Kinda annoying it was efficient going home -"

"Nice hotel, although I had paid extra for a balcony room and instead got a 1st floor little patio. Not what I hoped for. We were there for a family gathering and some other members of our family got very different prices. Couldn’t figure out why."

"The staff was helpful and quite polite. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and it appeared carefully maintained. Parking was quite competitive in terms of price and access (self parking). A bit more trash receptacle room would have been nice. I loved my stay and recommend highly."

"There was a small refrigerator stocked with beverages that didn't really interest us; we really wanted the space for leftovers after we ate out. The lowest setting for the ac was 67, and given the humidity level we would have appreciated a couple degrees lower. The food offerings were fine. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a bit of rain leakage into the dining room on Saturday, but given that the area got almost 7" of rain I think that may have been an exception."
