Great hotel, very friendly concierge, check in was a breeze. Rooms are very well equipped, with free toiletries changed daily, extra towels and robes. We were even provided phone chargers. Great stay to explore Hiroshima. Hotel was clean and had all amenities needed. Staff friendly and approachable. Check in easy. Breakfast was really lovely - a mixture of options and friendly service too. Short walk to the museum and peace gardens and plenty of nearby busses/trams to other tourist spots locally - really recommend taking a trip to Miyajima island if you can fit it in

Very nice stay with good breakfast

Comfortable room, cleaning and room service available. The front desk is always manned and staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and really yum. There is a public bath, but fyi they do not allow people with tattoos or body art, and no option to cover them up with a sticker. There is a small deep bath in the room though, so you can still have a bath if you have body art.

Really worth while stay. 5 🌟

The man at front desk was wonderful. All front desk staff seemed lovely. Breakfast was really very good. Wish signs in onsen had english. Or like a book in the front change room area with english/other languages for signs/warnings inside. Phone in onsen would be rude/weird. So I have no way to translate signs or warnings.

至って普通のホテルですが、朝食が残念でした。 朝食の内容は広島の名物が揃っていて良いのですか、客さばきが悪いです。 先ず、宿泊者数に対して会場が狭いせいか、朝食会場の前のロビーでただただ待たされます。 時期的なものか寒いです。 特に何らサポートも無いです。 部屋番号を控えて、空いたら呼ぶなどの改善した方がよいのではないでしょうか。 ブュッフェスタイルなのですが、店員さんは早く回したいらしく、着席するより食事を取りに行かせようとして席に座ることすらさせてもらえません。
