We chose this hotel for its proximity Love Field and to a Hertz rental car facility that actually had cars to rent because DAL was sold out. It was also one of the few hotels that did not inflate prices to take advantage of eclipse tourism. “It was great no complaints I will be going back again I enjoyed the peace ”

“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……

“Although I had to clean the room when I got here. Isnt 90 buck too much specifically because I had to do my own cleaning. (And while I’m here that’s what I will do no maid service needed cause evidently they can’t clean) and the remote doesn’t control the volume of the tv the tv has no buttons. It’s a place to lay my head until I can find a house. ”
