"We were in Gainesville for a week for UF graduation. This location was convenient to area attractions and the campus. The house was clean and well stocked with various necessities. The area was very quiet and safe. The hostess made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!"

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern, a very nice place to stay. The problem for me was the air conditioning unit which was located inside the room and looking to the bed (1 feet apart) and was very noisy. We were here for my kid graduation and we were traveling from and to Miami, so we really need to rest at night, and that was imposible. All the other things were great. But we are not using this hotel again, it does not make any sense a hotel were you can't have a good rest at night. "

"Graduation weekend was amazing staying at this beautiful, clean and comfortable property. Location is great, only 15-20 min from campus and right in the heart of Hail plantation with goodLocal restaurants and a fun Saturday farmers market a very short walk away. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in and out was seamless. Very highly recommended. "
