"I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement."

"This is a.fine hotel, close enough to the convention center. Train stop is right next to it - which is the convenience and the curse at the same time because of the noise. At least the hotel provides ear plugs."

"Moxy is a sexy hotel brand and this property did not disappoint. Registration/front desk is on the top level which while a tad confusing on arrival, it treats you to a beautiful view of Charlotte. There’s also plenty of games to play during your stay. Our room was efficient and on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed: comfortable bed and a relaxing bathroom. One evening, we had a drink at the bar while an R&B music event was filling the rooftop with delight and it was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a short trip for its’ location and amenities."

"Great place. I was in a two bedroom two bath and it was exceptionally spacious. Washer and dryer available along with dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent. Silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. People have complained about paying for parking but your vehicle is in a garage out of the sun and its 10 dollars a day. The gym has enough equipment for a full body workout. The pool area is beautiful. My only gripe is the grills were not suitable for use. If you plan on cooking bring some pots and pans but even that wasn't enough to take stars away. We definitely plan on going back next time we visit Charlotte."

"Very clean, beds are comfortable the house is well air conditioned overall quiet neighborhood. Although the landscaping could use some attention and a walkway is needed to the front door. I would stay again once landscaping is taken care of"

"We had a lovely stay and felt immediately at home, especially when we saw the coffee maker with a generous supply of coffee pods. The unit is clean and inviting. Our host communicated with us several times before our arrival with clear instructions about how to access the key and how the property should be left upon checkout. Parking was very convenient, immediately in front of our door. The AC unit kept us comfortable at all times, and the washer/dryer combo in the house was a great convenience. If we ever return to Charlotte, I would love to stay in the same unit."
