“Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. The continental breakfast was decent as well. The only downside was the pool area, which was very small for the amount of guests staying there. It honestly felt more like a large hot tub converted into a pool. Everything was peaceful during the week, but once the weekend came and more younger guests and children arrived, the atmosphere became much louder. There were children running……

“The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

What we found when we got there is that the hotel was completely remodeled. Everything was new and nice. The staff was polite and friendly. We had to leave early the next morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. “Trying to access the building is a nightmare because the entrance is recessed into the wall and there is no immediate desk. The door is locked, so you need to get buzzed in. Unfortunately, no instructions posted to help.”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
