“In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient.”

“Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised Our stay at Ha Do Centrosa was nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The key retrieval instructions were incorrect, and after 45 minutes of searching, we learned there was no mailbox for our apartment. A lady arrived an hour later, briefly handed us the key, and rushed off. Inside, the bed sheets were used and stained, with no towels or toilet paper provided. My wife developed a rash from the dirty bedding—thankfully, we found a pharmacy for……

"Overall, the staff is REALLY helpful, friendly and warm. Things are in a more boutique sizes like, rooms, swimming pool or bar. But it's the services and people that counts. I would like to give special thanks and shoutout to the staff below. Mary, who helped us to extend out check out time and making sure that we know how's traffic was going to be before we head to the airport, she did this while she's helping out at the restaurant, like to know guests real opinions on the hotel, that makes a really good management. Andy, always with a nice smile on his face, who umbrella us back to the hotel when the weather was bad and our guide when we needed transportation to a certain place and also helped with opening our wine bottle almost every night. Kelly, gave us some really nice authentic suggestions on restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops, your "go to" girl. Erika, super helpful, works at the restaurant, also helped us by answering our Grab call and found our driver at a different pickup spot. Tom - Also, really nice smile, very helpful, also was our accomplice in wine opening almost every night. Anna - Who helped us to call another hotel for our dinner reservation just because I asked her, if she know the start time of the buffet. The staff there was all really nice, and I would like to say thank you to, but I just cannot remember all of their names. This is a very warm, helpful, nice hotel and I highly recommend people to stay there."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is great, especially if you want to explore the city center. The hotel is close to Japan Street, and Vincom Center and Saigon Centre are both within walking distance. There are also plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, so it’s very convenient for daily needs. Most shops and restaurants in the area also accept credit cards. The hotel’s location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The rooftop is another highlight, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and a nice view of the city at night. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A big plus is that the minibar is complimentary, which was a really nice surprise. The only downside is that the bathroom/toilet area is a little narrow. It might not be very comfortable for taller or larger guests. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again."

"I will recommend this hotel the best if you wanna live close to the SGN airport. You can walk to the terminals within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. When I arrived this hotel it was hours before I can check in, How ever, I need to take out some stuff from my heavy backpack before I went to downtown. Mr Nguyen, the smart boy of concierge, help me find a large plastic bag without just saying “sorry we don’t have that”. He really helped me a lot also by introducing the facilities and how to reach the airport."
