我們選擇三人一間房間，系統說可以入住三人，結果入住時只有Queen size 的床還有一張沙發，標示不實，經反應後飯店也沒好好處理。此外，最後一天床架還壞掉，斜斜地睡了超不舒服。

As our policy published on this website, there is a surcharge for the third adults without extra bed. We also feedbacked to you on check-in date. Otherwise, I'm really sorry about the unexpected thing happened for the broken bed frame on the last day. We changed the new one after that. High in the sky
We were travelling without internet so did not get the self registration instructions but the girl at the front desk went above and beyond and got them for us. Amazing beds! Easy to get transportation right out front. Not as easy to use the pool (not possible when short stay) but relaxing to have a two bedroom where we could spend time with our friend while sitting on a couch. The room we got was not the one I booked but better view, great to get laundry done mid trip

내인생 최악의 숙소였습니다. 청소와 수건교체를 요구했는데 주인은 자꾸 귀찮게하면 early checkout(빠른체크아웃) 요청하겠다고 메세지가와서 당황했습니다. 당시 저희일행중에 급성식중독으로 응급실을 다녀온 환자가 있어서 청결을 요청했지만 계속된 답변은 you want to early checkout... 이였습니다 내인생의 최악의 숙박주인이였습니다.

Check-in was a little confusing but it worked out well. We had to wait for our host to come down. She upgraded us from a city view to a city and river view. Ruby, our host, was great. From the start, she made sure everything as fine. Housekeeping can often forget to give you toiletries. Make sure to tell the host if you need anything. Overall a great experience. I would recommend it for longer stays; not recommended for a two-three nights stay due to the tedious check-in process.

Had a wonderful stay, amazing location, lots of convenient shops and restaurants. Stunning viewing and very close to the CBD. Ruby was super supportive and friendly, parking in the basement was a bit stressful so make sure you have Ruby's number to call her just in case. Definitely will stay here again.

호텔이 아닌 아파트지만 너무나도 편란한...
다른 호텔과는 다른 아파트 형태로 주위에 많은 상가, 은행, 카페 등으로 편리함이 아주 돋보였습니다. 이러한 장점과 더불어 내부 시설 또한 수준습으로 호치민, 아니 베트남 전체에서도 굉장히 좋은 아파트라는걸 느끼게 해줍니다.

Good location, management response right away to help us what we need. A lot of good restaurants around neighborhoods event Korea Japanese restaurants and Starbucks coffee kiosk but the TV without cable channels only YouTube is working, kitchen stoves is not working well to cook instant noodles they need to fix that. I booked a river view but gots citi view room with 5% refunds from management I thing e Expedia customers services need to working with their clients to guarantee the right room we already booked and paid for my room and not cheating like this case. I look forward to hear from Expedia customer service department

ホスピタリティ悪し、停電だらけ、もう泊まらない
◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆ 管理人の態度が悪すぎて二度と泊まらない。部屋も予約した内容と違った。停電や火災誤報が多過ぎて安心して過ごせない。 ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆ ・民泊スタイルで、マンション1Fレセプションで管理人を呼んで部屋に案内してもらう形。チェックイン時に管理人が来るまでに20分以上待った。 ・管理人とはLINEでの連絡だが、開封されるのは深夜でリアルタイムに連絡が取れなかったり、返信が無いことの方が多い。 ・バスタブ付きの部屋を3泊で予約と支払をしたが、「オプションが2つ。1つ目は別棟のバスタブ付きに2泊して最後の1泊で今いるこの棟のバスタブ無しの部屋に移動。2つ目は今いる棟でバスタブ無しの部屋に3泊」と言われた。バスタブ付きの部屋の値段で予約して支払ったにも関わらず無駄になった。 ・バスタオルのみ毎日交換される。手拭きタオルは用意されない。足拭きマットは交換無しで濡れたまま。ゴミも捨てられないまま放置。管理人に連絡しても改善されなかった。 ・管理人に清掃をお願いしたが、LINEで「ここはホテルではない。サービスアパートメントだ。バスタオルを交換するというギフトがあるんだから良いじゃないか」と横柄な物言いをされた。 ・チェックイン時に毎日無料のミネラルウォーターがあると言われたが、初日しか用意されなかった。管理人に連絡すると「水はウェルカムドリンクで毎日は用意しない」と言われた。 ・新興住宅地のような高層マンションが並ぶ一角に存在。ベトナムらしい露店等は一切無い。 ・市中心部からは遠いので、毎度タクシーで片道15万ドンほど掛かり、1日あたり往復する分だけ、時間とコストが掛かってしまう。中心部に泊まった方が時間、コスト的にお得だと思う。 ・ホーチミン市内はタクシー不足のため、部屋に戻るタクシーを捕まえるのが非常に困難。夕方や雨の日の渋滞も凄まじい。 ・とにかく停電の数が多い。1時間で数回停電が発生した日もあった。高層なのでエレベータ乗降中の停電だったらパニックだと思う。 ・火災報知器も鳴り響いたが、誤報でも何のアナウンスも無い。パスワードを持って避難する等、最後は子供が「ここ怖い」と言い出した。 ・部屋が全て自動でカーテンや電気制御を行うが、突然、部屋の電気が全て切れることなどがあって恐怖だった。 ・周囲のビルは停電していなくても、このマンションだけ停電することが多く、インフラが追い付いていない印象が強く残った。 ・周囲は高層マンションが乱立しており、景色は隣接するマンションが邪魔で何も見えない。

Nice apartment. Feel like home. Minor problem bother me is the property manager, Kevin, wants to move us to a different apartment after our first night. We need to argue with him for along time in order to keep our rooms.

the best accommodation in Ho Chi Minh
I stayed from September 15th to September 20th. At 02 a.m. check-in was able to be done without any inconvenience thanks to the friendly guidance of the staff (she speaks English fluently). The room was surprisingly clean and tidy. Housekeeping services were provided every day. And they did their best to respond, even though it was a very trivial request. I could feel that they would do their best to heal me. I recommend staying here if you plan to visit Ho Chi Minh.
