Parking was listed as included in the booking but hotel still charged 50K VND every day for parking

Dear Joseph,Thank you for trusting and choosing Lanura as your stay during your recent vacation. We are very grateful that you enjoyed our free services such as Sauna, Gym, laundry and motorbikes parking. At Lanura's, motorbikes parking is free of charge. However, as the parking slots for cars are limited with only 6 due to fire saftety reasons, therefor there is a charge for cars parking. This kind of information is published at the site for guests to view. The price for cars parking is 50,000đ/4 hours-24 hours, 20,000đ/2 hours-4 hours and free for under 2 hours. For guests who are staying at Lanura's, this fee is only applied once every 24 hours. Guests are not required to pay extra to go in and out during the 24 hours stay. We hope for your understanding of this policy.We hope to see you again soon!Thank you!

I like the place but unlucky for me there was little ones on my floor crying, screaming and laughing for two hours til 11pm. I could not fall asleep til midnight and had to be at the airport for 5am.

Dear Robert, We would like to thank you for choosing Lanura for your stay and for the overall positive feedback you have left. When guests are checked into the hotel, we inform all guests of our room service policy through an instruction manual at the reception desk. It states guests can order room service/room cleaning by hanging the sign (equipped in every room) on the outer door knob; or directly with our receptionist. Room cleaning would be done every day if requested. If there is no order, the standard time for room service would be as below:Towels are changed out every 2 - 3 days Bed sheets are changed every 5 - 7 days Once again, we thank you for choosing us as your accommodation, and we hope to see you again soon.
